New for 2009 is the Marksman Drifter. This is a specialist, long length, light line rod with an exceptionally smooth and friendly action. An ideal rod to fish lough-style with small flies for wild fish. You can dibble or you can put out a longer line. Also good for light float tube work and ideal if you want that little bit more length for Czech nymphing.
The rod comes with optional extension handles, so you can use either a short or long fighting butt – yet if neither is needed, simply replace with nickel-silver screw in the end cap. A versatile fly rod that brings a new dimension to the Marksman range.
